Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. Data and Privacy

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate conversations. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information collected through the Service.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to or collect through the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, and associated intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
